Once again, we are pleased that the conference will be housed in the beautiful Aspen Meadows Resort. Aspen Meadows is a short walk away from the Aspen Center of Physics (ACP), with most participants walking back and forth. For those who want assistance, the resort runs a shuttle van to and from the ACP before and after scheduled sessions. During breaks and in the evening, attendees can get rides into the historic town of Aspen or to nearby ski areas at scheduled times.

We have reserved a large block of single rooms at a substantial discount. However it is not possible to award a single room to every applicant indicating that as their first preference. Many attendees request a specific roommate to help defray the cost of the room as well as help the conference house all ~100 attendees. Indeed, the rooms at the Meadows are all rather spacious (these are mainly small suites, with a separate bedroom area and a sleeping couch/living room area), so roommates can each enjoy their own space.
